All Graduates eligible for 7th Convocation 2024 (Summer 2019 to Spring 2023)

All UIU students from Summer 2019 to Spring 2023 (Eligible for 7^th Convocation 2024 of UIU), who have graduated, are requested to follow the schedules to collect the Original Certificates:

• School of Business and Economics

            Date:   March 16, 18, 19 and 20, 2024

            Time:   9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

            Venue: Office of the Controller of Examinations

• School of Science and Engineering

            Date:   March 23, 24, 25, and 27, 2024

            Time:    9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

            Venue: Office of the Controller of Examinations

• School of Humanities and Social Sciences
  • Date:   March 16, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, and 27, 2024
  • Time:    9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Venue: Office of the Controller of Examinations

At the time of collecting the Original certificates, Graduates have to submit the following:

1. Graduates who have registered for 7^th Convocation 2024

• Provisional Certificate
• Gown

Please note that the Gowns have to be returned along with the covers. In case the Gown is lost or damaged, you will be charged Tk. 2,000/-. You have the option to buy the gown by paying the same amount.

2. Graduates who have opted not to attend  the Convocation

• Provisional Certificate
• Payment of Taka 6,000 (Taka Six thousand)
