UIU Cultural Club, a vibrant part of the Directorate of Career Counseling and Student Affairs, recently hosted a splendid Pitha Utshob and musical evening titled 'Boshonte Rituraj 1430' at United International University (UIU) on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024. Promising an unforgettable Gala Day, 'UIU Boshonte Rituraj 1430' was poised to be the pinnacle of the year's events. Over six thousand enthusiastic participants including students, alumni, faculty and administrative staff came under one umbrella to revel in this extraordinary occasion. UIU Cultural Club showcased their mesmerizing performance and the renowned music band Warfaze added an electrifying touch to the event.

During the event at 7:00 pm UIU authority observed one minute silence for the eternal salvation of the departed souls of those who died in the fire incident at a commercial-cum-residential building on Bailey Road in Dhaka that claimed dozens of lives.

Concluding the event, Prof. Dr. Md. Abul Kashem Mia, Vice Chancellor of UIU, conveyed his contentment with the outstanding performance of the UIU Cultural Club and extended gratitude to the diligent organizers whose efforts contributed significantly to the success of the event.
