Who have completed the degree requirements from Summer 2019 to Spring 2023

The UIU 7^th Convocation 2024 will be held on February 25, 2024.

All UIU students, completing their degree requirements from Summer 2019 to Spring 2023, who are yet to register for the 7^th Convocation, are advised—for the one last time— to register themselves for the convocation at the latest by January 30, 2024 (Tuesday).

Please note that UIU is providing this last-minute opportunity to meet the demands of some UIU alumni who are interested to attend the convocation but could not register on earlier occasions for a variety of reasons.

UIU wishes to reiterate that any request for registration for the 7^th Convocation will NOT be entertained after January 30, 2024, under any circumstances.

As such, the remaining students desiring to attend the 7^th Convocation 2024 are advised to register by January 30, 2024, using the following link:

Students are required to upload a passport-size color photo by following the specified guidelines:

Photo guidelines:

• Format: JPG
• Maximum File Size: 300 KB
• Dimensions: 2×2 inches
• Neutral expression
• Clear face-visibility
• White background

Registration Fees:

• Student alone or with one guest: BDT 8,000 (BDT Eight Thousand Only)
• Student with two guests: BDT 10,000 (BDT Ten Thousand Only)

Payment:  Accepted online payment methods include bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Amex, Master Card, Visa Card, and DBBL Nexus Card.

Also note that the students not registering for the 7^th Convocation will have to pay BDT 6,000 for obtaining the original certificate.
