7th Convocation 2024 – Reporting Time and Schedule of UIU Shuttle Service on the day of Rehearsal and Convocation

ATTENTION
ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS
who have registered for 7^th Convocation 2024

All registered graduating students of 7^th Convocation 2024 of UIU are requested to follow the schedules as stated below:

* Graduating Students’ Procession will begin at 09:00 AM sharp **Shuttle services will be available for the registered graduating students of 7^th Convocation 2024 of UIU only

Please note that the presence of the registered graduating students of 7^th Convocation 2024 of UIU on the day of the Rehearsal and the day of the Convocation is mandatory.

Also please be informed that on the day of Convocation, only the registered graduating students of 7^th Convocation 2024, invited guests and employees of UIU will be allowed in the Campus.

Regular students/visitors/any uninvited guests will not be allowed into the campus on February 24 and 25, 2024, on the occasion of 7^th Convocation 2024.
