This is for information of all UIU students, completing their degree requirements from Summer 2019 to Spring 2023, that the UIU has decided to organize the 7^th Convocation at the soonest possible. Registration for the 7^th Convocation is now open, only online, and the last date of registration is November 20, 2023 (Monday).  Students desiring to attend the 7^th Convocation 2023 are advised to register using the following link: https://alumni.uiu.ac.bd/convocation/

Students are required to upload a passport-size color photo by following the specified guidelines:

Photo guidelines

• Format: JPG
• Maximum File Size: 300 KB
• Dimensions: 2×2 inches
• Neutral expression
• Clear face-visibility
• White background

Registration Fees

• Student alone or with one guest: BDT 8,000 (BDT Eight Thousand Only)
• Student with two guests: BDT 10,000 (BDT Ten Thousand Only)

Payment

• Accepted online payment methods include bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Amex, Master Card, Visa Card, and DBBL Nexus Card.

Please note that the date of the 7^th Convocation will be announced soon—upon kind consent of the Honorable President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Chancellor of the universities.

Also note that the students not registering for the 7^th Convocation will have to pay BDT 6,000 for obtaining the original certificate.
