This is to inform all UIU graduates that the United International University (UIU) is going to organize its 8^th Convocation very soon. The graduates, who have completed their degree requirements up to Spring 2025 and have declared their degree during November 01, 2023 to October 20, 2025, are eligible to register for the 8^th Convocation.

Graduates willing to attend the Convocation are requested to complete their registration through the following link: convocation.uiu.ac.bd.

Registration Deadline: Graduates wishing to attend the 8^th Convocation must complete their registration by November 15, 2025.

Registration Fees:

• Graduate (alone or with one guest): BDT 8,000 (Eight Thousand Only)
• Graduate (with two guests): BDT 10,000 (Ten Thousand Only)

Payment Options: Online payment is accepted via bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Amex, MasterCard, Visa Card, or DBBL Nexus Card.

Photo Submission Guidelines: Please ensure your photo meets the following requirements:

• Format: JPG
• Dimensions: 4×5 inches
• Resolution: 300 dpi
• Expression: Neutral
• Face: Clearly visible
• Background: White

Important Notes

• Convocation Date: The confirmed date of the 8^th Convocation will be announced later, subject to the kind consent of the Hon’ble President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Chancellor of the Universities.

• Degree Certificate: Graduates, who do not wish to register for the 8^th Convocation, will be required to pay BDT 6,000 to obtain their original degree certificate after the convocation.
