All students intending to avail the UIU Student Transportation Service for Fall 2025 are hereby informed of the following:

1. Online registration for Students Transportation Service will be open from 2 November 2025 to 11 November 2025.
2. The registration fee is Tk. 4,000/- per trimester and Tk 6,000/- per semester  (for undergraduate/graduate programs).
3. The full registration fee must be paid along with the first installment of tuition fees. Partial payment or adjustment will not be accepted.
4. Transportation ID Cards can be collected from the Operations & Logistics Office (Room #112) upon submission of one stamp-size photograph.
5. As the number of seats is limited, registration will be confirmed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
6. No application will be accepted after 11 November 2025.
7. The last date for registration cancellation is 18 November 2025.
8. Please note that the transportation service will remain suspended during trimester/semester breaks, or any officially declared class suspension period.
