All registered graduating students of 8^th Convocation 2025 of UIU are requested to follow the schedules as stated below:

* Graduating Students’ Procession will begin at 09:00 AM sharp **Shuttle services will be available only for the registered graduating students of 8^th Convocation 2025.

Please note the following:

The presence of the registered graduating students of 8^th Convocation 2025 of UIU on the day of the Rehearsal and the day of the Convocation is mandatory.

Only the registered graduating students of 8^th Convocation 2025, invited guests and employees of UIU will be allowed in the campus on the convocation day.

Regular students/visitors/anybody who are not invited will not be allowed inside the campus on December 26 and 27, 2025, on the occasion of 8^th Convocation 2025.
