Replacement of Lost or Damaged Student ID card and/or Ribbon

UIU is pleased to note that the great majority of our students are happily complying with the advisory notice of October 22, 2025, regarding “Mandatory Carrying and Displaying of UIU Student ID Cards on Campus”. This has brought an ambiance of safe and secure campus for all of our students and their guardians.

The UIU authorities would continue to closely monitor this matter—encouraging all our students to use their student ID card to enter into and exit from the campus as well as to display/wear the ID card at all times while in the campus.

It has, however, been noted that some of our students have lost their student ID cards, some have damaged ID card, or some have lost/damaged ribbons. All such students are advised to collect their replacement ID card and/or ribbon urgently from the UIU Admission Office.

Please note that beginning from December 01, 2025, no student will be allowed to enter into the UIU campus without a valid student ID card.
