All Students and Employees of UIU

With reference to the UIU notices dated February 18, March 23 and April 19, 2025, regarding “Improvement Examination”, “Schedule for the Mid-term Improvement Examination—Spring 2025”, and “Make-up Examination (Free of Charge) Policy”, the authorities of UIU have decided the following:

a. The plan to introduce improvement examination from Spring 2025 has been postponed due to some unforeseen circumstances;

b. The new/updated policy on Make-up Examinations has been put on hold for Spring 2025, and thus the make-up exams in Spring 2025 will be organized by the respective departments/programs as before; and

c. The policy for ‘Incomplete (I)’ grade will remain unchanged.
