Round Structure:
*Round-1: Beauty Brainstorm:
The competition opens with a Google Form–based questionnaire designed to evaluate participants’ understanding of the beauty and skincare industry.
All questions will be directly related to industry knowledge, trends, and analytical reasoning. Team scores will be determined by the accuracy and quality of responses.
* Workshop for Semi-Finalists Case & Contour Masterclass:
The top 50 teams from Round-1 will be invited to the Case & Contour Masterclass, held prior to the semi-final. This session will feature two sample cases from the beauty and skincare sector, analyzed and discussed in detail to demonstrate effective case-solving techniques.
At the conclusion of the workshop, teams will receive a practice case to review and analyze independently in preparation for the semi-final round.
* Semi-Final: Glow-Up Gateway:
In the semi-final, teams will be presented with a new on-the-spot case based on this specific industry. They will be given a fixed amount of time to discuss and answer a structured set of questions related to the case. This round will assess participants’ ability to interpret information, identify key issues, and collaborate effectively under time constraints.
No presentation or PPTX is required at this stage. Top-performing teams will advance to the grand finale.
* Grand Finale: The Ultimate Makeover:
The top 10 teams will work on the same case introduced in the semi-final, now tasked with developing a complete, data-driven solution. Teams will prepare a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation showcasing their recommendations, supported by evidence, analysis, and strategic insight. These presentations will be delivered live before a panel of industry leaders and judges, where clarity, innovation, and practicality will be key evaluation criteria.

- Case & Contour Masterclass: 24 August 2025
- Semi-Final Round: 26 August 2025
- Grand Finale: 31 August 2025
* Team Requirements:
- Open exclusively to UIU students.
- Team of 2–3 members.
- All rounds judged as a team.
- Organizing Committee members cannot participate.
- Must register with a Team Name before the deadline.
