About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and diligent Office Support Staff to provide essential support for the day-to-day operations of the project. The MLSS will be a crucial team member, ensuring the project office runs smoothly and efficiently by assisting all staff with logistical, administrative, and general support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the dispatch and receipt of documents, letters, files, and parcels between project staff, university departments, and external partners.
• Assist in setting up for meetings, workshops, and other project events, including arranging the room, equipment, and serving refreshments.
• Provide basic clerical support as directed, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, binding, and organizing project documents.
• Ensure the project office space, including meeting rooms and common areas, is kept clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Requirement: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) pass.
• Language: Ability to read and write proficiently in Bangla. Basic understanding of English is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Must be physically fit, reliable, punctual, and diligent with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude with a strong willingness to support the project team and follow instructions accurately.
• Skills: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
