About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Secretary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our healthcare AI research projects. The Office Manager will coordinate administrative functions, manage communication among stakeholders, and support project teams in achieving deliverables. This role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills to handle the dynamic needs of interdisciplinary R&D projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, logistics, and project administration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, scheduling, and coordination.
- Manage project documentation, records, and reporting systems.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, field visits, and training sessions.
- Support procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Handle correspondence with project partners, funding agencies, and internal departments.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as maintaining staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding support.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, compliance requirements, and project timelines.
- Provide administrative support to the Sub-Project Manager and research staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in office administration or project coordination.
- Experience in government project handling will be given preference
- Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a research-driven environment.
