Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign Summer 2023

UIU Social Services Club (UIUSSC), one of the leading clubs of Directorate of Career Counseling and Student Affairs (DCCSA) of United International University (UIU) is going to host a Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign in collaboration with Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) for all students, faculty and staff members of UIU. Your one bag blood can save someone’s life and your participation can make a significant difference! It’s a noble work, and we encourage all eligible individuals to participate and make this campaign a grand success. A booth will be setup for free blood grouping and donors will get the following facilities from Red Crescent Society –

• Refreshments to recharge after donating blood.
• A lifetime membership card that enables you to receive blood from the Red Crescent Blood Bank free of cost in the future.
• Donor’s privacy will be maintained.
• Free checkup and test reports of the following five issues –

1. Hepatitis B
2. Hepatitis C
3. HIV/AIDS
4. Syphilis
5. Malaria Parasite

Time: 10:00 AM – 04:30 PM
