Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent in the relevant subject (Water Resources Engineering) from a recognized university with a minimum 5 (five) years of active experience with a minimum of 3 (three) years of post-Ph.D. active teaching/research experience.  

Or

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or its equivalent in the relevant subject (Water Resources Engineering) from a recognized university with a minimum 8 (eight) years of active (may not be post-Ph.D.) experience.

• Must have at least 8 (eight) research publications having a total impact factor (by Reuter -Thompson) of equal to or more than 2.0.
