It has come to the notice of UIU authorities through some media that as per directive of the Government of Bangladesh, from now on, it will be binding for all public & private universities to send a list of students who will remain absent in the classes for 10 (ten) days and above to the Ministry of Education as well as to the respective police station.

In view of the above circumstance, all UIU students are advised to remain present in the classes regularly so as to evade any type of hassle or untoward situation.

In case of valid reason(s) of absence, respective UIU students are also advised to inform the Registrar’s Office if they remain absent in the classes for 10 (ten) days & above mentioning the reason(s) of his/her absence.

All UIU students are requested to the treat the matter as VERY URGENT.
