For the purpose of the implementation of the Erasmus Mundus Action -2 Partnerships to be concluded between the Education, Audiovisual and Cultural Executive Agency and the main beneficiary, on behalf of the beneficiary universities, following the Call for Proposals for the Erasmus Mundus Action -2 proposal number “204405-1-2011-1-UK-ERAMUNDUS-EMA21” (known as EM STRONG TIES) and the subsequent specific grant agreement signed on the basis of the aforementioned Erasmus Mundus Action -2 Partnerships.

The following:

  1. City University London as main beneficiary is responsible for the dividing up of the grant between the main beneficiary and the other beneficiary institutions.
  2. The action and the period of eligibility of costs shall begin on July 15, 2011 and shall end on July 14, 2015.
  3. Partners will receive a flat rate of £5000 for the organization of mobility including travel costs for all meetings, the organization of area meetings for the selection of candidates, and the cost incurred through the promotion/ implementation of the project locally, etc.
  4. Payment arrangements will be made according to the regulations of the Specific Grant Agreement Number – 204405-1-2011-1-UK-ERAMUNDUS-EMA21.

This arrangement has been drawn up in two copies in London.
