Legendary CEOs identified that having the skills of knowing self, problem solving, remain positive, motivating self and others are some of the essential skills that a CEO must have.
These skills are not inheritable skills and usually not directly delivered in university academic program rather can be achieved by anyone through formal training and regular practice. To meet that gap and Industry demand United International University (UIU) along with Workplace Skils Development Academy New Zealand (WSDA) offers the Workplace skills Development programs to the students, graduates, corporate executives and self-employed professional who can dream BIG and want to achieve more successfully and ethically.
As a part of the launching ceremony of this join collaboration, UIU-CCC & WSDA offering first ever kind of event “Future CEO”, a two days long personal & career skills development program including 4 technical sessions and 2 general sessions on 3rd & 4th April (Friday & Saturday), 2015 from 9.00am to 6pm.
This high quality line-up of technical sessions will be conducted by the trainer from New Zealand Mr. Ahmed Bari, Vice President & Dean, Faculty of Life & Performance Improvement & Mr. Malcolm Lowrey, Dean, Faculty of Applied Workplace Challenges of WSDA New Zealand and general sessions will be addressed by the selected CEO of renowned organization of Bangladesh. 1. Managing self for achieving high at workplace (Friday -9.15am to 11.15am)
2. Identify problem and the steps to problem solving (Friday -11.30am to 12.30pm & 2.30pm-3.30pm)
3. Defining a Problem & tools to solve problem (Saturday -9.15am to 12pm)
4. Tools for positive thinking & self-motivation for success at workplace (Saturday -12.30am to 1.30pm & 2.30pm to 3.30pm)
General Sessions
1. Importance of Personal Development Skills/Soft skills in corporate world (Friday 3.31pm to 5.30pm)
2. Becoming a CEO – Day Dream or Reality? (Saturday 3.31pm to 5.30pm)
3. Closing & Certificate distribution (Saturday 5.31pm)

Each day 2 technical & 1 general session, reporting at 8.30am sharp.
